Information about your booking and stay
For operational reasons, there is one day off per week! Our restaurant is closed after breakfast. Except for Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter! On this day, we deduct €18.00 per adult or the aliquot amount for your children from the half-board price.
You have the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights in one of the numerous restaurants on the village square and in the immediate vicinity.Your room will be ready for occupancy from 14.00 hrs and is at your disposal until 11.00 hrs on the day of departure.
Check-in times: between 14.00 and 20.00 hrs. Later arrivals must be confirmed by telephone or in writing.
Check-out times: between 08.00 and 11.00 hrs. If you depart before 08.00 hrs you are requested to settle your hotel bill the evening
before.- We gladly accept cash and EC cards as well as MasterCard and Visa (not American Express) on your departure.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Pets on request, as we only have certain rooms with wooden floors available. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the entire restaurant and wellness area. We charge €18.00 per pet per day, without feeding.
We’ll be happy to accept requests for specific rooms and tables, but can’t guarantee that we will be able to fulfil them.
We don’t cook vegan, halal or kosher. We hope you will appreciate that we can only deal with food allergies or intolerances within the scope of our possibilities.
Bathrobes are available at the reception free of charge.

Our breakfast hours: 07.00 to 10.00 a.m.
Dinner starting at 6.00 pm.
We kindly ask you to arrive in the dining room by 7.30 pm at the latest.
We can confirm your half board on the day of arrival by 7.30 pm at the latest. For later arrivals, please contact us by telephone, thank you.Due to staff shortages, it may happen that we will have a rest day for our staff once a week. On this day, our restaurant will be closed in the evening and only a towel change will be done in the rooms.
Therefore, we ask you to visit one of the surrounding restaurants in the village. In the immediate vicinity you will find 5-6 good restaurants (within walking distance, in the center of the village) that will be happy to welcome you.
On that day, you will only be charged the overnight breakfast price. Our gourmet breakfast is of course available to you as usual, the wellness area is in operation.
Operating hours Sauna Experience World:
Our wellness area is open for you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Towels are available for you in the wellness area.
Children accompanied by their parents can use this area between 3.00 pm and 4.30 pm. Please note that our wellness area is a rest and nude area. Thank you for your understanding.Bathrobes are available at the hotel reception and are free of charge for the duration of your stay.
No e-car charging station at the hotel. Several e-charging stations can be found a few meters away.
